Accommodation (4 nights)
 
You’ll stay at a beautiful retreat sanctuary nestled in the lush hills behind Marbella - minimal, natural, and intentionally designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation.
All rooms are shared, creating a sense of connection, safety, and community.
 
Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.
If a specific room is important to you, we recommend arriving on time.
Single rooms are available only upon request and subject to availability.

Nutritious meals
 
Three organic, plant-based meals per day, lovingly prepared with seasonal ingredients sourced directly from the retreat’s vegetable garden, fruit orchard, and local organic farmers.
All dietary needs can be accommodated.
 
Villa amenities
 
Natural spring-water pool (no chemicals), temple space for movement and rituals, gardens, terraces, hammocks, quiet corners, and plenty of space to rest, integrate, and simply be.
 
Daily movement, grounding practices & workshops
 
Gentle yoga, meditation, somatic practices, cacao ceremony, breathwork, and embodied workshops designed to calm the nervous system and bring you back into your body - softly, without pressure.
 
Location
 
A hidden retreat sanctuary in the mountains of southern Spain, surrounded by olive trees, citrus groves, and open skies.
