What's the daily Schedule?

Each day is intentionally designed to gently guide you back into your body,

your breath, and the present moment.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. Everything is optional.

Our retreat weaves together movement, rest, emotional processing, learning, play, and connection - creating a rhythm that allows your nervous system to soften and your body to feel safe enough to let go.

A Typical Day at the Retreat

Mornings begin slowly, with gentle movement practices such as yoga or Pilates, followed by a grounding meditation to set the tone for the day.
We share nourishing meals together, creating moments of connection

and community around the table.

The daytime program offers somatic practices, workshops, and embodied exercises that help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension or emotions, and understand how your nervous system works -

so you leave not only relaxed, but empowered with tools

you can take home.

Afternoons allow space to rest, journal, move, or simply be.
Evenings are softer and more introspective, with practices like yin yoga, ceremonies, or shared experiences under the stars.

Some moments invite depth, others invite lightness.

A Gentle Reminder

This retreat is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about listening. Feeling. Remembering.

You don’t have to attend every session.
You don’t have to share more than you want to.
You don’t have to go “deep” to receive something meaningful.

Sometimes the most profound shifts happen in the quiet moments -
lying in the sun, breathing deeply,

laughing with strangers who suddenly feel like home.
