Sacred Emotions - Retreats

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made with Sacred Emotions (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking a retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid by the deadline stated on the retreat page.
Accepted payment methods may include PayPal, credit card and bank transfer.
Payment plans, if offered, must be agreed upon in advance.
A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, due to the nature of retreat planning, venue reservations, and limited participant capacity, we maintain the following cancellation policy:

1. Deposit & Payments

All payments made toward the retreat (including deposits and payment plan installments) are non-refundable.

Your booking secures one of a limited number of spots, and we commit resources immediately upon your registration.

2. Cancellation by Participant

If you choose to cancel your participation:

More than 60 days before the retreat:

You may transfer your spot to another person (subject to our approval). No refund will be issued.
60 days or less before the retreat:

No refunds will be issued. Spot transfers may still be requested but are not guaranteed.
Failure to complete payment plans:

Outstanding balances remain due according to the agreed payment schedule.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, illness, and unexpected circumstances.

3. Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure events, government restrictions, venue issues, or insufficient enrollment), no monetary refunds will be issued.

Participants will have the opportunity to transfer their booking to the next scheduled retreat date or to another future retreat within the following 12 months.

All payments made will be credited in full toward the rescheduled retreat. The credit is non-refundable and non-transferable to cash.

Sacred Emotions Retreats is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to flights, travel costs, accommodation outside the retreat venue, visa fees, or insurance.

4. Events beyond our reasonable control

Sacred Emotions Retreats shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, travel restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

By booking a retreat with Sacred Emotions, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment.

4. What’s Included

Each retreat includes the services described on the specific retreat page, which may include:

Accommodation (single or shared rooms, depending on selection)
Workshops, classes, and group sessions
Meals as stated on the retreat page

Not included unless explicitly stated:

Flights
Travel insurance
Airport transfers or local transport

5. Participant Responsibility &

Assumption of Risk

By participating in a Sacred Emotions retreat, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
Participation in activities such as yoga, meditation, movement, breathwork, hiking, or group exercises is voluntary.
You participate at your own risk and are responsible for knowing your personal limits.
You agree to follow all instructions provided by facilitators and staff.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sacred Emotions is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or delay occurring during or in connection with the retreat or related travel.
This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property loss, theft, or travel disruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Travel & Arrival

Sacred Emotions does not arrange or manage travel.
You are solely responsible for:
- Booking your own flights
- Arriving at the retreat location on time
- Holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance)

8. Health & Personal Readiness Disclaimer

Sacred Emotions does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
Retreats are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and educational purposes only.
Participation is voluntary and results are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is suitable for you.
If you have any medical or psychological conditions, you should consult a qualified professional before attending.

9. Media & Content Use

All retreat content, including materials, practices, videos, and written content, is the intellectual property of Sacred Emotions.
Photos and videos may be taken during retreats for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, you must notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

10. Force Majeure

Sacred Emotions shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Travel bans
Acts of war or terrorism

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
