At our Spain retreat, every meal is prepared with 100% organic, seasonal wholefoods - cooked with intention, creativity, and so much care. Our private chefs create vibrant, plant-based dishes inspired by Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and global yogic cuisine, using ingredients grown directly in the retreat’s own garden or sourced from local organic farmers.

Nourish to flourish
At our Portugal retreat, food is part of the healing. Every meal is organic, seasonal, vegetarian, and prepared by a private chef who sources ingredients directly from the surrounding mountains, gardens, and local farmers.
You’ll begin your mornings with a fresh smoothie at sunrise, followed by long, shared brunches with homemade sourdough, garden oranges, eggs, fruits, and pastries. Throughout the day, teas, fruit, and nourishing snacks are always available - and evenings end with deeply comforting dinners like green curries, creamy pastas, and warm chocolate–tahini brownies.

We’re Jean and Julia - two women who met 14 years ago at a summer camp in Italy. That experience showed us how a few days away can spark deep connection and meaningful inner shifts.
After our own journeys through burnout, emotional healing, and growth, we learned one thing: healing happens in community.
Our retreats are created from that truth - grounding, nourishing spaces where women can reconnect with nature, with each other, and with themselves.
